Poor management planning

I usually do my grocery fro pick n pay in blue hills. Today the 30th of February 17h30, I was so shocked with the service. The were long ques in the shop to show that this is the busiest time. I was paying and we waited for one manager who is rounding around the entire shop assisting all the tills. It took her over 15mins to come attend to us. Poor woman was a wanted by everyone in that shop. I found this putting too much pressure on the staff and poor planning from the management. Everyone knows, afternoons are busy because we coming from work to grab few items for our homes, and then you are made to wait for a manager to override.
