Poor management at Musgrave branch

Had a bad experience at Musgrave center branch. They previously accepted my purchase with an rcs card, today they they ask for ID to verify my card. I gave it to Hazel who was clueless what to do and how to verify, then another manager Pravesh came to assist but with attitude, he walked away when I told him their inconsistency. I then spoke to Ivan the store manager who had a serious attitude and said he doesn't believe my story. U then spoke to the regional call center, a rude lady named Elisha said Ivan called n gave his version and she was verbally abusive on the phone siding with the store rather than putting the complain through for investigation. I live next to the store and will never visit again. Worse customer service ever. I would recommend people rather use the new food *****s market at Musgrave center
