Poor management and Customer service

Was at that store a while back and I asked for a manager to assist me with problems I faced on their fast food section, a manager told there’s nothing they can do they can’t control how the staff behaves around their customers as the store is big and they have so much to take care off.. in other words “Get use to it it will happen again and again there’s nothing we can do”.. that amazed me coming from management. They still are the best with freshness on their products and I work not too far from them so I visit them quite frequently and today the same staff member the same manager the same attitude this time around I know what started it was the fact that I complained the last time
