Poor management

Was at a pop store in Rosebank yesterday around 6:30pm where I did my regular shopping and went to stand by the line, because the lines were long on the 4 tills that were operating And the kiosk was not operating I saw a line by the money market joined it. As I was number 3 about to pay. A lady came to use and said we can’t pay here we need to use the tills, kind you were as me and the police officer standing In front of me we both holding less than 4 items. The lady who says she’s the store manager NOKUTHULA we asked her why we were not told this all along been more than five minutes on that line now we are told as we about to pay?? She ignored us I approached and asked what’s the solution she said “join the line” this line is so long and has people with trolleys full of groceries. This will take us more than 15 to 20 minutes again.. she ignored me once again the gentleman inform of me left.. store manager does not have solutions for customers. It’s not my fault there’s no signage or any indicator that yesterday we couldn’t pay there we use to paying there it has never been a problem. I asked the name of the manager she ignored me. I asked a cashier she told me ask her she’s the manager .. I’m very much disappointed at Pic N Pay Rosebank mall.. not the first time I experience such incompetence and poor management from the store. After a conversation I had with one of their regionals i though proper training of customer service will be implemented. But I guess I was wrong .. I did not buy
