Poor management

I was on tea going to get food as i was waiting at the deli about 5min to get a chicken piece... the deli lady saw me standing thereand she did nothing i stood there a while and she kept looking so another customer came up to the counter and she looked at me but still she helped the customer that came to the counter after me i asked for the deli manager or controler... and as he came up he had no people s**** he stoot with his hand in his pocket couldnt say a proper word or sentence to me.... just knoding his head... is this what we call service...
