Poor management

Viewed their online brochure and got some essential items and personally went to pick n pay Ga-Rankuwa and got the store on power failure and their cashier told me those items on special won't apply anymore because of power failure, but isn't there any alternative measure in place to serve the Customers? And I also denied rain check.
