Poor management

Been standing in the que for over 45 minutes just to pay for 5 items. Not because the shop is crowded but because the shop is only utilizing 3 of the 12 till points. There are no packets you pack your own groceries. Management doesn't seem to be bothered by this because this isn't the first time it's happening
