Poor maintenance and control

The Pick n Pay at North Cape Mall in Kimberley constantly have empty freezers. It is such a frustration. Today I wanted to buy some frozen food and one of the freezers was completely empty. Stock was placed in the opposite freezer but things like Fry's patties, pies, sausages weren't there. Most frozen food that stores sell weren't available. It is as if they never fix this freezer properly. Some of the fridges ar also problematic. In the last 2 years I have NEVER been able to buy a cold 500ml Coke due to the fridge not cooling the cold drinks. It's literally a room temperature fridge... The lines at the tills are also often very long and the cashiers tend to work rather slow. Please address the matter.
