Poor hygiene control in the daily department

Today I did some shopping at this retailer and went through the daily department (fresh meat, cold meats, bakery part of the store). My first stop was at the counter to buy fish and chips for lunch only to find the handler picking up the fish pieces by hand without wearing gloves. I then moved on to the cold meats and found the exact same thing there. I obviously ended up buying neither products and upon exiting the store spoke to the floor manager, Simon about this. He recorded my complaint in a file, but I am not sure that any attention will be given to this matter.
