Poor discipline and service
Went to pick n pay canal walk century city. Lady by the name of Zandile was packing at till 9. She did not bother to fetch a trolley to put the groceries in. She instead took her cell phone out and start using it. So I went and fetch a trolley and she I start to pack the trolley . zandile did not even listen to the front end supervisor/controller to put her phone away . she only did it after 30seconds.
