Poor delivery services

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from PnP ASAP.

I placed an order at 17:45, well within the store’s operating hours, and as of 19:56, the order has still not been delivered. The estimated delivery time has been changed multiple times without explanation.

Earlier this week, I experienced a similar issue where my delivery was rescheduled to the following day without my consent.

This recurring poor service is not only frustrating but also highly inconvenient. Had I known I would encounter such challenges, I would have opted for an alternative service provider.
