Poor delivery service on items bought online

Please do not buy your groceries from their online store. You order and then they deduct from your account. After a few minutes you’re told the items are out of stock then they say they’ll refund you for the items short. They never do. A month later I’m still waiting for my refund. Rather do Checkers 60.
