Poor delivery service

The pick n pay asap delivery system is a ****. There is nothing asap about it at all.. Placed an order around 4pm and estimated delivery time was 7-8pm. Right after I make the payment is changed to the next day 11am. So I patiently waited only for my order to be canceled without any communication from pick n pay. Called the call center and was told to place another order, this time it said delivery time 12-1pm. Log in around 12:30 only to find out it has been extended again to 15pm, no notification whatsoever. So asap means 24hrs?? And the call center is not helpful at all. Just wish all this could be communicated before you accept the payment
