Poor delivery - no Response on WhatsApp and Phone

I tried to purchase medicines and food online for same day delivery but for some reason your system is not delivering to my address in Heideveld I don't know why - we have deliveries from other food / pharmacy stores to my address??? I am very ill and can't make it to your store - this is really upsetting#I also tried contacting yourselves via whatsapp - chat ended within 15 minutes of no response after I selected to speak to an 'agent' a phone call after that also disconnected
