poor Deli services ,their meal and deli stuff

pick n pay key west their deli department is like Nigerian restaurant in Johannesburg central where they don't care with customer, is take it or live it, when you want something you always find no one and you must call them like at ****za shop where you knock knock for service, yesterday they told me that the were washing dishes at the back so we have to knock so that they can come to the front, today i went to buy boerewors roll as I am working in the mall i use to buy breakfast and lunch all the time but since I am righting this is a good by to you key west pick n pay, after i payed my boerewors roll I waited by the door for 18 minutes to get some one from deli to prepare it for me, they did page them but no one came to assist until the lady who helping with customer packaging in front by the till came and help, and she also mention to me that she don't even know where to start for preparation but she will try to help as no one is willing to come out from deli, I don't know if deli department they're on a go-slow or what but their service is very poor and the boerewors was tasting with sand as I believe it fall to the floor and they put it back to re sell. last i bout mokgodi with pap- both was uncorked-pap with ***** and meal, please management speak to your people and sort this out. even the meal from taxi rank is fair better than tis store, as unhappy customer if this not change I will rise my voice until some one pay attention.
