Poor customer support

I went to do some shopping and when I reached the till it wript my dress open my underwear was showing.

I was told to fold the dress up so that my panties would not show I then requested a manager and she told me she will escalate this. No apology for the hazard in their store.

Feedback from Boniwe the manager is I must take my dress to the tailor and bring a receipt.

That is not acceptable I went to the store with a dress that is not stitched now I have to put effort for their property.
