Poor customer support
On Saturday my wife was ****** of her wallet ... ****** out of her handbag. This happened at PicknPay lifestyle center Centurion. Nobody except the assistant at the bread counter offered her any help or assistance. The security staff was specifically pathetic. All they offered were:" yes it happens to older people". One does understand that this is not a unique happening but would have expected at least some help and assistance to report the theft and some understanding that this stays a traumatic experience and that customers should be treated with more respect.
