Poor customer services and business processes at Dainfern Square
I would like to bring a couple of bad experiences at Dainfern Square. I think some training is required with regards to customer services and business processes. The tellers do not greet and respect customers and sometimes they would give customers a horrible attitude. I have brought this to their attention a few times and there is no sign of improvement. The staff neglects house keeping and they usually tell customers that they don't have money when we would like to withdraw and purchase groceries. When the renovations were taking place the meat was off and there were no signs for a long time on the shopping aisles. now they have decided to place the small baskets inside far from the trolley and sanitizers. Thus resulting in a congestion and no logic. On occasions there is no sanitizer. The tellers cannot scan the Smart Shoppers when it is electronic, they need to manually punch the numbers and request for authorization and this is a tedious experience.
