poor customer service Pick n pay Mnyandu Mall

On the 24 October 2020 went to Mnyandu Mall Emlazi to buy 40 burger rolls and their packaging for the same items was in 6 so I asked the guy who was working at bakery by the name of Scelo if He can assist me by at least giving me 3 dozens for my convenience to my surprise the guy was so rude he told me that I must stop inconveniencing him as he got so much to do I must take the packing of 6 and leave him alone with a very rude tone reported the matter to the Manager who tried to explain to me the reasons of which one of the reasons was that they short staff so the guy is having a bad day I don't really understand how having a bad day has to do with what you employed to do and I was really not happy with their service because I did not get what I had requested for.
