Poor Customer Service - Pick n Pay Clothing Blue Route Mall
I don't even know where to start - I can't remember ever being this livid at poor customer service.
I walked into Pick n Pay Clothing Blue Route before 17:00 - I saw a pair of pants on a mannequin but could not find the pants itself. I eventually found someone at the back of the store and asked for assistance - she first turned left then right as she herself didn't know where the pants were. When i looked again she was helping customers at the fitting room, I waited until she was done and then said.... surely you finish with one customer before you assist another customer. to which her response was "this is more important". I then said that's utter bull**** and she just smirked and said yes it is. I walked away and she was calling someone's name while walking behind me and said 3 times come help this customer. Eventually this guy comes up to me (close to the door) and I explained what happened and he just looked at me and i walked out, he obviously wasn't the manager and therefore was not equipped to deal with a customer complaint. I've never experienced poor customer service at that store... Diep River Branch all the time yes but not Blue Route. I think the smirking and the laughing just pushed me over the edge. I doubt this is the first time that Pick n Pay has lost money due to her giving poor customer service - I've never seen her there though. She said her name was Dylan. If this is your policy - train your team on how to relay the message.
I initially contacted Pick n Pay directly on the 7th October and to date no one has called me.
