Poor Customer service Phillipi Junction Mall

Poor Service at Pick n Pay Phillippi Mall I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from cashier *****do Mtibe at Pick n Pay Phillippi Junction Mall.

Unaccommodating and Unprofessional Behavior When I was halfway through the checkout line, *****do announced that she didn't have cash for cash or CashSend transactions. I was discouraged, but I politely gave up my spot to an elderly lady who was paying cash. I explained the situation to *****do, who seemed to understand.

Unfair Treatment and Lack of Communication However, when it was my turn, *****do called another customer with a full trolley and a child to pay at her till instead. I questioned her about the unfair treatment, and she claimed she had announced earlier that she didn't have cash. This was not true, and the other customers in line were also confused and frustrated.

Inconsistent Application of Rules To make matters worse, *****do then proceeded to give cashback to the lady who was before me in line, despite claiming she didn't have cash.

Conclusion *****do's behavior was unacceptable, and her lack of customer service skills is alarming. She needs retraining on how to treat customers with respect and fairness. I will think twice before shopping at this store again.
