poor customer service, not wanting to take back polony
I was in ur middestad store trying to take back Polony which i was not happy about, ur store manager Nxlolo has refuse me a refund and ur customer service helpline was no help either. It cost Me R50 to take it back and on top of it they refused to refund me. I was so disappointed and disgusted and to threw the Polony away. My hard work earned money needed to threw away. Cold meats to the value of R200. Ur service was not up to standard. This was about 2 weeks ago
