Poor customer service. Not acceptable.
I've just had a terrible shopping experience @ Pick n Pay in Meadowland. The cashier Siphesihle Mbatha has such a bad attitude. I wonder how this will reflect to the business, because she's working with people & those people pay her salary at the end of the month. Without us shopping there she wouldn't have a job. It is very bad for the company to have such people working for them. I'm a loyal Pick n Pay customer & what I've experienced today is just going to make me re-think ever shopping at Pick n Pay.
