Poor customer service - no delivery

Pick and Pay's service is pathetic it's not my first experience with them I order a few things at 12pm and it's almost 9pm and still no order I called the customer service several times and everytime the agent tells me they will call me back and I'm still waiting no calls.

I was promised the driver will be here in the next 5 minutes and I'm still waiting.

Pick n pay I think you can do better honestly your competitors is doing a much better job maybe I must just stop using your service it's honestly poor.
