Poor customer service, if you are not wearing uniform indicating that you work around the centre you are get seved last.

On 26.04.2018 around 14:00 my husband and I shopped at PnP Mabopane Central City. We decided to take a que that had about 7 people in front of us they had not more that 3 items with them. However, the que was not moving, and we realised that there were people with uniforms from different shops/companies who were not joining the que as the rest of us, other customers. I then asked the cashier why was this happening as we would understand if they were doing this for disabled customers. We asked for the manager who did not show. Then we were showed his office, his explanation was that it was a norm that people working around the centre were given priority because they are on lunch. We then highlighted that we are of the view that this practice is unfair as we are customers and should be treated fairly. We asked him if they were more important than us. He said that he would allocate a special till for people working around the centre, which really emphasises that these people from other shops are more important than other PnP customers as he did not even apologise for the poor service we received. Is this how PnP treat their customers, 'a norm'? We need clarity.
