Poor customer service from Pic n Pay Steelpoort

Today I received the worst service ever from a cashier called Vivian at Pic n Pay Steelpoort. I was made to wait for about 15min for the Supervisor to rectify a pricing mistake that needed to be rectified. When asked how long it was going to take to get help, she responded with a bad attitude telling me that i wait for as long as it takes for the supervisor to get there. When the Supervisor arrived, she was also rude as i wanted to know why it took her so long to respond.

I think Pic n Pay Steelpoort should put more effort in training their stuff on good customer service especially if the mistake is coming from their side.

I was truly disappointed with the service and treatment I received today.
