Poor customer service, *****, and unapologetic behaviour.

Put through a review about being ****** by a lady claiming to be a PnP staff member. I received an automated response to say that it was escalated to the management team, and since then, about 1 month ago, nothing has been done to assist me. Absolutely appalling customer service. I will NEVER shop at PnP again.
