Poor customer service

Pick n Pay in Thavhani Mall I was standing in the queue at cigarette counter when it was my turn to pay the other customer came and wanted cigarette the cashier without an word she assisted that customer and I asked her why is she doing that she said she is doing me a favour buy selling to me what I had this is a cigarette counter. Other customers complained because they also wanted to buy cigarette but they joined the queue.
