Poor customer service

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the pick n' pay(Braamfontein) cashier staff, they very disrespectful and bad attitude towards customer. I think during recruitment processes Pick n' pay must teacher the staff customer service etiquette because the staff customer service is very poor. I went to pick n' pay in the morning at around 09:00 AM today to withdraw money that was sent to me through tymebank I stood in the long que and when I get to the cashier she is telling me she does not have R20s at her till I need to go to another till, fine as she says I went to another till and queued up again and when I get to the cashier the she says the system is offline has an issue and bare in mind I'm joining these ques I am also at work I ask from my manager to quickly go to Pick n' pay. So my point here is that if they told me from the word go that the systems are offline instead of me wasting my time jumping from que to que for nothing and they give me this bad attitude as if I'm asking their money and what pains me the most this is not the first time this thing is happening it the 3rd time now I'm experiencing these encounters which means it is their culture they practice this bad service everyday. I would be glad if actions are taken regarding this bad behavior that I as experience as a customer when ever I go request for money from Pick 'n pay.
