Poor customer service

I went to pick n pay tembi this morning to get mid month necessities...Amasi freshpack was 1 of them..when I got home tried to make food for my 4 year old daughter as she has mouth sores and that was the only convenient she could eat, only to find that it was off. Drove back to the store and they gave me another bottle and only apologised..No 1 considered my wasted resources like time and fuel. I ask the manager to be considerate and apologize properly told him even a pack of biscuits would have been enough just so that my daughter could eat and take her meds and she was not well as a token of apology ... Then I.suggested the give me another bottle of milk to make up for such bad service .which they did. When I got home the 2nd bottle was also off then had to drive back again to return it...I was so disappointed I left both the bottles of milk including the money I spent to buy the milk as I was really flabbergasted till now waiting for someone to get back to me as they asked for my number because apparently the store manager was out on a meeting.
