Poor customer service
Afternoon early last year I brought back a plasma TV at pnp thabong for repairs, which the TV was displaying lines and it was fixed, last month the TV, started the same problem of displaying lines they book for the repair, today I am told my TV won't be repair cos of ****croachs, the TV got broken before the ****croachs as It was in the storeroom as I was struggling to gt transport for the TV, how can ****croach break a plasma n the problem is the the 1st time I was experiencing this mul****ioning and the warranty is still valid
Now the customer care keeps saying they have escalated the matter it's now 2 months

25 Jun 2024, 20:05Its real sad another two weeks pass by without hearing anything or been asisited about my issue regarding my TV been repaired ( ref ) *** now m real convince that the pnp customer service is this bad this was my last time ever buying any appliance from pnp, you take people for granted as if we are paying with stones or tin cans
