Poor Customer Service Experience at Pick n Pay Jabulani Mall

I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience at the Pick n Pay store in Jabulani Mall. The bakery section staff ignored us despite being understaffed, and one staff member, Menzi, behaved unprofessionally by asking another customer out on a date while on duty. When Menzi finally assisted us, he was reluctant, argumentative, and even pointed a knife at us.

This behavior is unacceptable and violates the customer rights outlined on your website, including the right to be treated with respect and dignity. As a customer, I expect fairness and courtesy, which Menzi's actions fell short of.

I hope Pick n Pay will look into this matter, provide feedback on the actions they'll take to address this issue, and revisit staff training programs to ensure employees understand customer etiquette and respect.
