Poor customer service

I'm soo disappointed in pick and pay in canal walk century city, and the rude supervisor I went to cash out my old mutual cash back and they told me the money has been stuck on a till I will wait 48 hours there's nothing they can do just like that I'm soo disappointed they left me hanging after waiting for soo long I'm soo disappointed, if this is how you treat your customers I'm not happy at all
