Poor customer service

I ordered groceries via the app and they delivered the wrong order, i called them they said they will come and collect the order however they wont deliver my correct order because its now considered as a missing order. I paid for the order however pick and pay refuse to deliver my order saying its a process they cant change their process because of me.
