Poor customer service

I've been trying to get hold of u guys hole time to contact me regarding uht that I've bought few weeks ago. The milk is sour after a day of using , I have to throw away and that's madness, I'm on the 5the box that's in the bin. I've send numerous msg and facebook msg.

I've neva tort this is how u guys treat ur customers, that it's a mission to pick up a phone to contact us, I'm sure the milk that's been thrown down the drain cost way more then making contact with us.
