Poor customer service

Your delivery service is now an ongoing concern you don't communicate and I believe you cannot even cancel to shop around as well ...your service is disgusting with your unprofessional agents...and putting those packets of sweets should stop cause am not a child you need to shape up or ship out ...placed an order at 10 its 13 now no delivery I hate you
