Poor customer service

Pick n pay what a disappointment you are ... I've ordered today 15:30pm they said it will arrive at 17:30pm it's 7:34pm and nothing no notifications saying they are unable to deliver nothing at all ..and to top it all of the phone number don't work This is our pick n pay long beach mall so much for customer service
