Poor customer service

Im so disappointed with Pick n pay Northgate. That's use to be my favorite Pick n pay but now when I go there the staff is moping they all complaining about being over worked. People complain that they are working in more then one work station. When you try to make small talk people are rude and answering you as if you are wrong for buying there.

It's really disappointing for such a big company. Motivate your staff so it's not a nightmare for us to support pick n pay.
