Poor customer service!

The service from Pick n Pay Killarney Mall is deteriorating, On Sunday 25th Oct 20 I asked a lady in pnp uniform to kindly assist me in finding a rolling pin, And she point blank told "I don't even know what that is" I found it myself eventually. At the till points the cashiers are new and customers are generally patient with them, But the supervisors aren't(You can't shout at an employee in the presence of customers) Yesterday one cashiers had to beg Julia (till supervisor) to come an assist, She came dragging her feet like it's a favor!
