Poor customer service

Online shopping portal is not user-friendly. I registered my pick n pay rewards card for online shopping. When trying to login and make a purchase the portal doesn't recognize my email address. Called customer service and spoke to a lady by the name of Phumzile whom did sound like she was in a mood to assist. She sent me a link to reset password which i did and got confirmation that it was successfully. Tried logging in again still got the same error that my email address which is my username doesn't exit
