Poor Customer Service

A very disappointing customer experience at your pick n pay pilgrims corner at Soweto Naledi. A total disregard for customer integrity by the manager Mushaphi Nhsireini and cashier Tshepiso Sejaki. No effort to rectify mistakes by the cashier but instead a even more inconvenience for the customer. I am so disappointed by the brand and the type of representation they have. I am considering to never use your services again please deal with your employees accodingly especially in the Soweto area customer service is not prioritized in these smaller stores.
