Poor customer service at pnp parcel counter thabong

The lady at parcel counter has attitude she threw my bag on the floor because I refused to put the bag myself. When I came back from buying she had exchanged with an old lady with nasty attitude as well who told to pick up the bag while she is sitting. The ladies at the parcel counter enjoy sitting more than anything.
