Poor customer service at PnP Hyper PE

I wanted to buy handwash at PnP Hyper in Port Elizabeth, yesterday 10 December 2017. The price per the shelf was R24.99, however at the till it scanned R39.99. I informed the cashier that the price was incorrect, another staff member went to check the shelf and came back telling me that the price of R 39.99 was correct. I asked for the item to be removed. As I was about to leave when I decided to go check the shelf myself, the price per the shelf (comparing barcodes) was R24.99. I took the price tag and item to customer care, the lady told me to go to the cashier and they should change it to R24.99. I went to the kiosk with the price tag and item (at about 2pm), the lady at the kiosk was so rude, she barely gave me a chance to talk telling me that customers were not allowed to take price tags from the shelf and that customers take the tags down and bring their own tags to pay less. When we asked for the manager she said no she will fix the price. I am very unhappy with the service received from PnP Hyper, 1st of all with the lady that went to check the shelf and said that the price was R39.99 while it was actually R24.99. Secondly with the lady at the kiosk who was so rude and almost shouting at me. And 3rdly what happened to PnP policies of getting the item free or getting half of the difference deducted from the shelf price? I am very unhappy with the service and customer treatment!
