Poor customer service for incorrect stove delivery from online PicknPay Home order, with repeated calls to Customer Service centre leading to no follow-up response. Repeated automatic disconnections, convoluted helpline options (non specific to online PnP Home) and extremely loud background noise making helpline very difficult to hear call centre agent as well once finally through.
