POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE @ PICK 'N PAY GREAT EDENDALE MALL

I went to shop @ Pick 'n Pay at Pietermaritzburg Edendale mall, i had a bad experience with one of the cashier" actually i was assisted by one the cashier, she advised that she does not have enough money for cash back" after the transaction i then went to the next Till to ask the other cashier if she can assist to with cash back. OW GOD... this lady looked at me as if i'm the ******** and you could tell i was to rob her, she said " I CANT ASSIST YOU I DONT HAVE MONEY I CAN GIVE TO YOU" i politely asked her why are you talking to me on this manner. " im only asking if you can assist i was on the next till that lady does not have money that why i came and asked if you can assist. she said "OW WELL I CANT HELP YOU"

i stood aside waiting to ask her supervisor if she can help..., WHILE WAITING the next customer that she was assisting, asked for cash back during the transaction, she withdrew that and gave it to her.

That moment i walked out the STORE ( I took a picture of this lady before i left ) i will post her on public platforms, PICK 'n PAY stores need to work on their employees attitude, especially the front office service. ( as one of the youngest business man i will make sure this lady get what she deserve)
