Poor customer service at Pick ‘n Pay cycad nxa.

Am very disappointed with Pick ‘n Pay Cycad in polokwane Limpopo, went to return air fryer was told I didn’t buy at cycad I must take it back to mall of the north . Why will such a big company don’t want to return ?so if I bought it at Johannesburg should u return it there ?
