Poor customer service and lack of respect from cashier.

Iv never had such a bad experience like that at pick n pay Woodlands ,were I need to go in and out like a headless chicken for my Money..last week I went there and did a transaction only to find out that it declined on pick n pay side and approved on my side and a approved notification..well I understood and left they did not even bother to call me I was only asked by their manager if everything was sorted when she saw me in the store and I said no...the lady that was assisting me gave me Pathetic attitude in front of her colleague, me and her exchanging words telling me that she was busy with a customer meaning I'm not a customer or not as important as the customer she was with..I'm so angry that the can keep that money in that store .
