Poor customer Service and Congested Parking

NP VERULAM has construction going on in the parking lot for the last six months-its frustrating for the local community that does they monthly/weekly shopping at this branch

This noon Ive visited the PNP VERULAM branch and it was so badly congested that it became gridlocked.

Whilst in my vehicle I was approached by a construction worker who stated that we are making their lives difficult.

We have been shopping at the this branch for the last 10 years and the in-store customer service seems to be going downhill

The store is always in a mess the isle and shelves are not as clean and properly stocked and they use to be

Employees there seem dissatisfied and this could be playing a role with poor customer service. It could be due to the employees fairly low wages, and the few benefits and long working hours that’s why staff look constantly tired.

If this sloppy service continues PNP VERULAM will loose alot of customers
