Poor customer service and bad food!!!!!!

The bad customer service I have ever received from a pick n Pay today I sent my 13 year old to go buy chips at a pick n Pay Market Bassiane's in katlehong the chips the not even an animal can eat them the oil they used there it was brown and it's like they been using it for 2 weeks.... I went to the store and I don't want to lie i was disappointed and Angry with how the store manager by the name of David handled the situation he just took the chips to show the staff that prepared them it was like he was afraid of what the staff will do to him then come to be to say sorry not to even ask if I would like for them to prepare something else..... I mean that store doesn't know what customer service is the way the staff will talk to customers it's bad I don't know may be its because the pick n Pay its in a township or what.... Early this year I emailed pick n Pay customer service a complain about the same pick n Pay where by one of they Cashiers was rude to me even today not even one person from the head office has ever called me about that. I am every angry and disappointed in pick n Pay.
