Poor customer service and bad attitude

It’s been over a month or two since I’ve sent a complaint to Pick n Pay complaints department regarding the unprofessional behaviour of some of its stuff members at the Deli, bakery and tills at Pick n Pay Lynridge Mall. Till this day I’ve never received any feed back from the store even though the complaints department has escalated this matter to the store several times.The complaint came after I had complained in store but the staff had no change in attitude or whatsoever and the lack of feedback from the store even after this matter had been escalated to the store several times by complaints team tells me that the store management condones this behaviour and has no intentions to correct it.
